Our Vision

Our vision is to bring smart technology to the masses with no capital risk or cost to the developer. We partner with high-tier and later-living homes to low-tier affordable housing schemes, from multi-dwelling units (MDUs) to mixed use build to rent (BTR) projects and smaller more boutique developments. Avande aim to connect communities via smart technology from commercial infrastructure such as billing, access control, security, data and maintenance purposes, all the way through to the end user – the homeowner or tenant – via our Avande Select Portal.

Our unique service is the only smart technology service which provides essential Day 1 infrastructure, via our Avande Connect business, as well as being the Day 2 technology partner of every occupier within your development or community via Avande Select. We continue providing support for the duration of their ownership or tenancy, a user journey that is unrivalled in the world of real estate.

After the successful design and delivery of 1000s of smart homes within the London region, partnering with established developers such as Knight Dragon (Greenwich Peninsula) and Argent (Kings Cross – Cadence & Capella), we have now expanded our offer to the whole of the UK, sharing our expertise with the devolved regions.

About Ashley Said-Kirton
Managing Director – Avande Group

Ashley is the MD of Avande, an exciting audio, visual and electrical business that has been involved with the design and delivery of many leading smart technology projects in the UK.

He has been involved in the Audio Visual, Electrical, Building Controls and Smart Homes sector all his working life (22 years). The vast majority of this time has been spent delivering smart tech to 1000s of homes in the MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) Sector.

Over the years he noticed a huge disconnect between what developers were delivering and what homeowners actually wanted when it came to smart technology. This led him to launch the Avande Select Portal, a smart home technology portal designed for the MDU sector which enables developers to offer a risk-free and cost-efficient way to introduce smart home enhancements to their projects whilst giving homeowners access to pre-designed smart home solutions.
